Requesting an estimate through this site starts a conversation — it isn't a signed contract for work. Final scope and pricing are set in a written estimate after we look at the property.

Photos & descriptions

When you upload photos or describe the issue, you confirm you have the right to share them and that they reflect the property you're asking about. AI-assisted first impressions are a starting point, not a diagnosis — the owner reviews every request before quoting.

Voice assistant

The AI voice assistant is a convenience for after-hours questions and lead intake. It is not a substitute for a licensed contractor's judgment on-site. Do not rely on it for emergency or life-safety decisions.

Service area

Open Door Restoration serves the Twin Cities metro and homeowners within roughly 100 miles. Requests outside that range are answered honestly and, when helpful, referred to another contractor.
