What we collect

When you request an estimate, call, or use the voice assistant on this site, we collect only what we need to get back to you and quote the work:

Your name, phone, email, and city.
A description of the issue you're seeing and any photos you choose to upload.
Basic technical info from your visit (page views, device type) so we can improve the site.

How we use it

To answer your inquiry, schedule an on-site visit, and prepare an estimate.
To follow up on active projects and warranty questions.
We do not sell your information. We do not send marketing emails you didn't ask for.

Photos you upload

Photos you attach to an estimate request are stored privately and used to give you a faster, more accurate first answer. We may use an AI tool to help classify what's in the photo (for example, "looks like fascia rot") so the owner can respond faster. Photos are not shared publicly without your permission.

Voice assistant & call recording

The voice assistant on this site may transcribe your conversation so the owner can follow up accurately. Phone calls to the business line may be recorded or transcribed for the same reason. If you'd rather not be recorded, text or email instead.

Cookies & analytics

We use minimal cookies to keep you signed in (owner login only) and to count anonymous page views. We do not run ad-tracking pixels.

Your choices
